DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. I would give a 1 star if I could. I would’ve like to at least been able to rate their food, but I never got it. My husband and I ordered breakfast from here. Not a big order either, an omelet, a sausage biscuit, and a bacon biscuit. 3 hours waiting and they ended up cancelling it on their end. 3 different couriers went to pick it up and it was never ready. I should have cancelled but they kept telling them that they were working on it. They at one point said it would be ready in 15 minutes, and then 45 minutes later they ended up cancelling the order. 3 hours waiting all in all and we never got our food. They even had the nerve to complain to the next courier about the lack of patience of the last courier. I understand it’s the weekend and you might be busy, but if you can’t handle delivery orders then don’t accept them Absolutely horrible business and horrible customer service. But judging by the way they respond to their other bad reviews, they need a lesson in customer service! Edit: 1. Our Uber app specified that the restaurant cancelled the order. 2. I understand our food wasn’t the only order, but our food still not being prepared nearly 3

I recently visited this beautiful establishment and was blown away by the level of customer service. Leah was incredibly attentive and took the time to make sure all my needs were met. The food I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. Food was AMAZING!! Highly recommend!

I LOVE this place! The decor is beautiful and the service is wonderful.The owner made me feel so welcomed and the food was cooked to perfection. I go to this tea room to try to bottomless teas. They are very good about allowing me to try multiple teas with no rush to leave. The conversations are always great and my daughter loves the kids part. They have my business forever 💕

My mother, daughter, and I visited expecting a sophisticated, upscale high tea experience based on the advertising and photos online, but unfortunately the reality did not match what was presented. The tea itself was okay and the food was edible, but it was nowhere near worth the $55 per person price point for the quality and overall experience. There were no sugar- free options offered or cream on the table with our tea. The exterior was not as pictured on the website, and we arrived hoping the inside would feel more refined and elegant. Instead, the atmosphere and presentation felt disappointing and far from the upscale experience we were led to expect. The inside was dark, walls and windows covered by curtains, and ceiling/air vents covered in dust debris. We also had to share a round table with other parties. Fortunately, I don’t suffer from social anxiety. I’m not saying don’t visit, because others may enjoy it, but if you’re considering attending one of their events, or expect an authentic tea experience, I would recommend approaching with caution and perhaps driving by beforehand so you know what to expect. Warning! This place is not as advertised and extremely deceptive! The actual location did not match the pictures online and the interior was not very clean. Went here for a Mother's Day event and paid 55 dollars per person. The food was acceptable but not traditional tea food. Definitely not worth the money. Then gifts were given out during a game that included a box of tea. I was curious because a sticker was marked on the box 2029. After removing the sticker, the actual best used by date had been marked out with a sharpie. This is extremely alarming to me! I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality tea experience. Edit: I spoke to the owner about a refund after the tea event. She was extremely confrontational and expressed that I shouldn't have waited until I got home to say something- that adults handle things in person. The entire conversation was a deflection and zero accountability was taken. After bringing up the sharpie on the tea box, she admitted they came like that and they just give them out. After all was said and done she was only willing to refund 27 dollars out of the 165 total cost. Please do not go here, you will be given a subpar experience
